By accessing or using workforce.theosynlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are between you and TheoSYN Labs, Noblesville, Indiana.

2. Services Provided

TheoSYN Workforce provides an AI readiness assessment tool and related consulting products and services including the AI Workforce Blueprint, AI Workforce Sprint, and AI Stewardship Plan. The assessment is provided for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or technical advice.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the stated price. Deliverables are digital services. Due to the nature of personalized consulting deliverables, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will work to make it right.

4. Assessment Data and Results

Your assessment results are generated algorithmically based on your answers. They represent a general readiness profile and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Results are personalized to your inputs and may not reflect every aspect of your organization's readiness.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when completing the assessment and lead form
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the Site or its outputs

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the assessment questions, scoring methodology, copy, design, and reports — is owned by TheoSYN Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personalized results report is licensed to you for your own internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TheoSYN Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheoSYN Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.
